$20 deposit required for all appts. Remaining balance due in cash at the time of the appt.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

You will have to pay new deposit for any rescheduled or cancelled appts.

Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
LATE ARRIVAL

After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee.

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTION!

You will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
NO CALL/NO SHOW

Will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
COVID POLICY

Mask are required to be worn when you enter & must remain on the entire duration of the appointment.

Mask must be worn over both your mouth and nose. Below the nose is unacceptable.

No extra guests or children allowed at appointment. Only the person being serviced.

If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. If the client appears to be ill during the appointment (sneezing, sniffing, coughing, etc) will END IMMEDIATELY!
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive with your hair clean and detangled.

No oils or leave in conditioner.
Braids
-
Hair must be blown out. Additional $25 fee if I have to do it.
Wigs and Closure Sew Ins

Lace and wigs must be dropped off 48 hours (2 days) before appointment to be prepped. There will be a $25 additional fee for any lace brought the day before or day of your appointment.

Lace must be new. Please DM me on IG (@shopkhlotress) if you are not sure of what type of lace to purchase.

Old bundles are acceptable but must be cleaned and not cut into small pieces.
