    • That the wig is made on measurements you provide or choose, and Khlotress is not responsible for wigs that don't fit due to wrong measurements given or size chosen.
    • That due to sanitation sensitivity, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on our end to be determined by us.
    • That all fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
