- Hairline Customization
- Machine Construction
- Basic Styling (Natural, Straight or Body Curls)
The turnaround time for this unit is 10 - 21 business days after your hair is recieved.
If hair has been previously purchased, please be ready to ship your hair within 48 hours of placing your order via USPS to the following address:

Please take a picture of your hair prior to shipping. We will need you to email us the picture along with a screenshot and typed tracking number to khlotresscustom@gmail.com. Please note, we are note responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail.

By placing your wig order, you understand and agree to the following:
- That Ready to Ship wigs will ship out within 2 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS after your oder is placed (Monday – Friday are business days).
- The turnaround time for Custom Wigs is 10 – 21 BUSINESS DAYS after your order is placed (Monday – Friday are business days).
- That the wig is made on measurements you provide or choose, and Khlotress is not responsible for wigs that don't fit due to wrong measurements given or size chosen.
- That due to sanitation sensitivity, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on our end to be determine by us.
- That you have read and agree with our STORE POLICY.
- That all fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
