Ghost Wig Making (Wholesale Order)
The MOQ is 5 wigs. If you purchase less than 5 wigs, your order will be cancelled. You must purchase 5 wigs to utilize this service.
You are responsible for the following:
- Providing the hair along with mesh dome caps.
- Measurements to construct the wigs
- Return Shipping Fee
Customization and styling is not included in this service.

Wig Agreement Policy
By placing your order, you understand and agree to the following:
- The turnaround time for this wig construction is 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS after your hair is received (Monday – Friday are business days).
- That the wig is made on measurements you provide or choose, and Khlotress is not responsible for wigs that don't fit due to wrong measurements given or size chosen.
- That due to sanitation sensitivity, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on our end to be determine by us.
- That you have read and agree with our STORE POLICY.
- That all fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The turnaround time for this unit is 3 - 5 business days after your hair is recieved (this number can change for high volume orders).
Hair must be received within 30 days of date of purchase. Under no circumstances will the deadline be extended. If the hair is not receive within those 30 days, you forfeit your order.
